Terms of service

Last updated September 28, 2026. These terms are between you and Many Software Enterprises LLC ("we").

Using Meetor

You can use Meetor for your own business meetings. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Keep your email account secure, because sign-in codes are sent there.

Your data

What you put into Meetor is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. See the privacy policy for details.

Rates you enter are estimates. Meetor shows estimates, not payroll or accounting figures. Do not rely on it for payroll, tax, or legal decisions.

Plans and billing

• The free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page.
• Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, in advance. The founding price is $5 a month or $48 a year, locked while your subscription stays active. The list price is $9 a month or $90 a year.
• You can cancel anytime. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• We will tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change that affects you.

Shared receipts

A receipt link is public to anyone who has it. You can delete it at any time. Do not put anything in a meeting title you would not want seen if you share it with the title shown.

Acceptable use

Do not use Meetor to break the law, to harass anyone, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Meetor running, but we provide it as is, without warranties. We may change features. If we shut Meetor down we will give at least 60 days notice and a way to export your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
