Privacy policy

What Meetor collects, where it lives, who we share it with, and how to delete it.

Draft. This document is pending legal review and may change before launch.

Last updated September 28, 2026. Many Software Enterprises LLC ("we") runs Meetor.

The short version

  • On the free plan, your meetings, people, and rates stay in your browser.
  • On Pro, they sync to our servers, encrypted at rest.
  • Shared receipts contain totals only, never names, roles, or rates.
  • We do not sell data and we do not run ad or tracking scripts.
  • You can delete your account and your server data at any time.

What we collect

Account

Your email address, used to sign in with a one-time code and to send the emails you ask for.

Usage count

The number of meetings you start each month, so we can apply the free plan limit.

Meeting data (Pro only)

Meetings, people, rates, notes, and settings, when you turn on sync. Names, rates, and notes are encrypted at rest with a key for your workspace.

Shared receipts

When you create a receipt link we store the receipt's totals: cost, duration, attendee count, cost per minute, person-hours, and optionally the title and the staff and external split.

Billing

Stripe processes payments. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your plan. We never see or store card numbers.

Site analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate and does not use cookies. The free calculator sends nothing to our servers.

What we do not collect

We do not record, listen to, or transcribe meetings. We do not read your calendar. We do not connect to payroll.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run Meetor for us: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), and our email provider (sign-in codes and the weekly digest). Each gets only what it needs. We do not sell or rent personal data.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. If a Pro subscription ends, synced data is kept for 90 days so you can resubscribe, then removed from our servers. Deleting your account removes server data and turns off every receipt link.

Your choices

  • Download a backup file or, on Pro, a CSV or JSON export at any time.
  • Delete any shared receipt, which turns the link off.
  • Delete your account from Settings.
  • Ask us what we hold about you, or to correct it, by email.
