Why we built Meetor, what it does on day one, and what it will never do with your numbers.
Every meeting has a price. Six people in a room for an hour is six hours of paid time. Add a consultant at an hourly rate and the number gets bigger. Nobody sees it. Calendars show time. Payroll shows money. Nothing connects the two.
Meetor is a small app that shows the number while the meeting is happening. Today it is open to everyone.
What it does
- A live meter. Start a meeting, pick who is in the room, and watch the total climb.
- A roster. Enter people and their salary or hourly rate once.
- A receipt. When the meeting ends you get a clean card to download or share as a link.
- A dashboard. A few weeks of meetings turn into plain sentences about where the money goes.
What it will not do
Meetor does not track time, record meetings, or connect to payroll. It never shows per-person costs on screen unless you tap to reveal them, and a shared receipt never carries names, roles, or rates. On the free plan your data stays on your device.
Why a receipt
A number you can post changes behavior more than a number you glance at. The receipt shows the total, the cost per minute, the person-hours, and what the overrun cost. Post it after the Monday sync and see what happens to the Monday sync.
Pricing
Free covers 10 meetings a month on one device. Pro removes the limits and adds encrypted sync, history, export, and your logo on receipts. Founding members pay $5 a month or $48 a year, locked for as long as they stay subscribed. See pricing for the details.
